Submit a complaint
Please send your notice to hi@xicoai.com, including the identity and contact details of the rights holder or authorized representative, a description of the work whose rights have been infringed, the exact link or location of the allegedly infringing content, a statement that you reasonably believe the use is unauthorized and a statement that the information provided is accurate.
How we handle notices
After receiving a complete notice, we will investigate within reasonable bounds and take appropriate action, which may include contacting the publisher, restricting access or removing the content. Handling a complaint does not amount to a prior determination of any party’s legal liability.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was restricted in error, please provide the location of the removed content, the reasons for restoring it, your contact details and any statements required by the relevant procedure. We will handle the matter within the framework of applicable law and our risk assessment.
Good faith and abuse
Do not submit false, misleading or malicious complaints. False statements may give rise to liability. Where urgent risks or judicial or administrative requirements are involved, we may cooperate in handling the matter in accordance with the law.
