XICO Store provides services for displaying, selling and delivering digital resources. You must provide a genuine, accurate email address that can receive order information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account.
Orders and content
The product page, price, delivery method, system requirements and license scope form important parts of the order description. We may cancel or restrict an order if we identify an obvious error, an inventory or licensing issue, a risk of fraud or a legal requirement, and will handle amounts already paid under the applicable rules.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the operation of the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content in bulk, distribute malicious software or use the service to infringe others’ rights. Violating this agreement may result in restricted access, license revocation or other necessary action.
Changes to these terms
We may update this agreement to reflect changes in our services, the law or security needs. We will give notice of material changes by reasonable means. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
